Wild Weekend is designed for couples planning these larger, more immersive celebrations. Rather than arriving on the morning of your wedding, I'll be there throughout the key stages - overseeing set-up, coordinating suppliers, running your wedding day, and supporting clear down afterwards.

Is Wild Weekend only for marquee weddings?
Not at all. While it's particularly popular with marquee and dry hire weddings, it's also ideal for barn weddings, private estates, festival-style celebrations and any wedding taking place across multiple days.
Can you help with campsite and guest accommodation logistics?
Yes. Many of the weddings I coordinate involve on-site accommodation, glamping, camping or multiple guest locations.
Do you help with set-up and styling?
Absolutely. I'll be there during the set-up period to help ensure everything is ready for your celebration and coordinate suppliers as they arrive.
Do you stay until the end of the wedding?
Every wedding is different, but coverage is tailored to ensure the important parts of your day and weekend are fully supported.
Who will be coordinating my wedding?
I will personally be your main point of contact throughout our time working together and will be the lead coordinator for your wedding.
For larger weddings, complex marquee celebrations or multi-day events, I may bring an additional member of the Wild Wedding Company team to assist behind the scenes. This allows us to provide seamless support while ensuring every aspect of your wedding receives the attention it deserves.
Any additional staffing requirements will always be discussed with you in advance.
Do you travel throughout Cornwall and Devon?
Yes. I work across Cornwall, Devon and throughout the South West.
Are there any additional costs?
Most weddings across Cornwall and Devon won't incur any additional travel charges.
However, weddings that require significant travel, overnight accommodation or extended stays may incur additional costs. If applicable, these will always be clearly outlined in your proposal before booking.
When should we book?
The sooner the better. Many couples book 12–18 months before their wedding date, particularly for peak season weddings in Cornwall and Devon. Booking early ensures availability and allows us to start working together at the right stage of your planning journey.
