Behind every seamless wedding is someone quietly making sure everything is exactly where it should be, when it should be there, and running exactly on time. That’s where I come in.
I’m Clair, founder of Wild Wedding Company. I work across Cornwall, Devon and the South West and specialise in weddings that don’t typically come with an in-house events team. Marquees in fields. Barns with blank-canvas spaces. Private homes. Woodland celebrations. Festival-style weekend weddings.
These weddings are incredibly personal and flexible, but they also require someone who understands how all the moving parts fit together.
From supplier coordination and set-up logistics to timing, guest flow and problem-solving, I make sure nothing is left to chance.
My role isn’t to take over your wedding. It’s to make sure everything you’ve planned actually happens the way you imagined it — calmly, smoothly, and without you or your family needing to worry about the logistics.
Calm, organised and completely in the detail
I’ve spent years working in weddings and events, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: No matter how well planned a wedding is, there are always moving parts on the day.
Suppliers arriving at different times. Weather changes. Last-minute questions. Timelines shifting slightly. Guests needing direction. Small problems that need quick decisions.
You shouldn’t be the person dealing with any of that. My job is to already know the plan inside out, stay one step ahead, and quietly keep everything on track so your day feels effortless.
I work in a calm, grounded and practical way. I’m not there to overtake your plans or add pressure. I’m there to support them.
Couples often tell me they feel more relaxed just knowing I’m involved — not because I’m taking over, but because they know someone experienced is quietly looking after the details.
That’s exactly how I like to work.
A bit about me
Wild Wedding Company grew from a love of beautifully personal weddings and a deep respect for the logistics that make them work.
I’m based in Bude, Cornwall and work across Cornwall, Devon and the wider South West.
When I’m not coordinating weddings, you’ll usually find me planning the next one, walking the Cornish coast with my family and crazy Springer Spaniel, or styling details for upcoming celebrations.
But mostly, I’m thinking about how to make weddings feel effortless for the couples I work with.
Wild Wedding Company is a reflection of me and I want to create weddings that are a reflection of you. I want to produce fun, relaxed but still completely amazing and unique weddings. It's important to me that my couples have memories to last a lifetime and that they represent you both.
