How I Help
In the lead-up to your wedding, I'll get to know every detail of your plans so nothing is left to chance. We’ll do a site visit to your venue to walk through everything you envisage.
I'll become the main point of contact for your suppliers, review your arrangements and create a detailed schedule for the day.
When your wedding arrives, I'll be there to oversee everything behind the scenes.
I'll coordinate supplier arrivals, manage timings, answer questions, handle any unexpected issues and ensure your plans are carried out exactly as intended.
Most importantly, I'll give you, your partner and your family the freedom to relax and enjoy the day you've worked so hard to create.

Do I need a wedding coordinator if my venue has a coordinator?
Venue coordinators are responsible for the venue and its operations. My role is to oversee your entire wedding, including all suppliers, timings and logistics, ensuring every element works together seamlessly.
Do you only coordinate marquee, barn or dry hire weddings?
Marquee, barn and dry hire weddings are my speciality, and these are often the weddings that benefit most from professional coordination. However, I have coordinated many types of weddings so do get in touch if you think you would benefit from Wild Day coordination.
When do you become involved?
I’m there if you need me throughout your planning but become most actively involved in the final weeks before the wedding as plans are finalised.
Can you help us plan our entire wedding?
I have worked with a number of couples over the years and helped them to plan their full wedding. However, on the day coordination is the style of planning I love the most so I decided to just focus on that! It doesn't mean though that I can’t share my experience with you and still help you in planning your day.
Who will be coordinating my wedding?
I will personally be your main point of contact throughout our time working together and will be the lead coordinator for your wedding.
For larger weddings, complex marquee celebrations or multi-day events, I may bring an additional member of the Wild Wedding Company team to assist behind the scenes. This allows us to provide seamless support while ensuring every aspect of your wedding receives the attention it deserves.
Any additional staffing requirements will always be discussed with you in advance.
Do you travel throughout Cornwall and Devon?
Yes. I work across Cornwall, Devon and throughout the South West.
Are there any additional costs?
Most weddings across Cornwall and Devon won't incur any additional travel charges.
However, weddings that require significant travel, overnight accommodation or extended stays may incur additional costs. If applicable, these will always be clearly outlined in your proposal before booking.
When should we book?
The sooner the better. Many couples book 12–18 months before their wedding date, particularly for peak season weddings in Cornwall and Devon. Booking early ensures availability and allows us to start working together at the right stage of your planning journey.
