Working Together

Think we could be a good fit? Read on to find out how the process works.

Step 1 – The initial planning meeting

Lets discuss your day and planning so far

We’ll have our initial planning meeting where we can go through all your plans in more detail. From there I can give you personalised supplier recommendations and any pointers to help make the rest of your planning even easier. I can also help you work out your timeline for the rest of your planning and the day itself.

Step 2 – Ongoing planning

Its your day and you plan it your way.

You continue planning your wedding knowing that I’m always an email away if you have any queries or concerns.

Step 3 – The site visit

Lets bring the details to life.

We’ll meet at your venue at a mutually agreeable time and walk through the day. We can discuss where everything goes, how it will be set up and how it will run.

I can give you suggestions if needed of how to make your day smoother or just ensure I really have a feel for the day you’re trying to achieve.

Step 4 – The final planning meeting

We’re almost there!

Around a month before we’ll have a final meeting about your day where we’ll go over everything with a fine tooth comb, check you haven’t missed any details and ensure I’ve understood every bit of your day.

If you’ve chosen the gold or platinum packages this is where you hand over all of your supplier liaison to me. I’ll do all the triple checking with your suppliers and ask them to go through me rather than you for the final month, so you can sit back and let me handle the final to-ing and fro-ing!

Step 5 – The big day

This is it!

I’ll be there to ensure everyone is where they need to be at the right time – you, your guests, and all your suppliers. I’ll manage your suppliers and timings, and can act as your Master of Ceremonies guiding your day if needed.

Its all about ensuring you and your guests have the relaxed and enjoyable day you imagined.

An absolute gem!”

Clair is absolutely incredible!! On the day Clair completely went above and beyond to make our wild woodland wedding run as smoothly as it possibly could, especially with the challenging British weather.

I could not recommend her enough, an absolute gem. Xx

Frequently Asked Questions

How long before our day should we book you?

You can book with as short a notice as you need, so long as I’m available, I’m there! However, where possible I prefer to work with you from at least a few months out so that we have time to do a site visit.

How many suppliers will you recommend to us?

As many as you need! I’ll work through what you’re missing and can recommend suppliers who fit your style and budget.

Our venue has a wedding coordinator, do we still need you?

Venue coordinators do a fantastic job, but their focus is ultimately the venue. I work completely independently of all your suppliers so my entire focus is on you and I’m here to make sure the build up to your day and the day itself all go to plan.

Can you help us plan our entire wedding?

I have worked with a number of couples over the years and helped them to plan their full wedding. However, on the day coordination is the style of planning I love the most so I decided to just focus on that! It doesn’t mean though that I can’t share my experience with you and still help you in planning your day.

What areas do you cover?

I can cover the whole of the south of England from my home on the Cornwall/Devon border or by using my base on the south coast’s Hampshire/West Sussex border. But, if your day is even further afield, I’m always happy to travel!

Do your fees change per wedding?

My fees are set, so what you see is what you pay for each package. The only thing that may incur an extra cost is if I need to charge for travel/accommodation or an assistant to help me with your day, but I’ll always be up front about any extras and I will always try to keep any extras to an absolute minimum.
